Tirana looks very exotic, but not in that cheap way you see some Western cities/town are like lol in the tropical way!

it's not as gay/fruity or as green as i thought it would be. some parts still look like big commie mess. oh well it still looks pretty nice. can't wait for the french plan to be finished i can only imagine now. man can someone who's good at photoediting put the three towers in the overhead pictures to see what the skyline might look like in the future?
