Yup, Tiendesitas would be a traditional Filipino style.

Wow!!! It more like a park than a mall.

I'm excited to go here. Is this the one along C5 road and beside SM hypermarket?

Yes Jhaelnis. Hope we have high rise building with exterior design depicting bahay kubo and Capis. I'm not an architect (I'm an ECE) but really fascinated with structures in the City. Is there a project with this architecture, you know like Taipei 101 is based on Pagoda.

I like the profile of this Tiendesitas structure, the ironmongery works, the concrete apron and the details of the timber fascia boards, it really depicts the Filipino culture and architecture in modern interpretations. Like Wynngd, hoep we can do something in highrise or horizontal structure that have this kind concept one seen at first sight, you will know that is a Filipino culture architecture. Even in retail shop we can have this capiz concept applied in modern approach such as backdrop featured walls.

This is interesting and do not hate me if I am going to ask these annoying questions. I wonder if this one is already approved? If it is then, what is the price tag of this plan? If its a shopping complex, would anyone list the malls and shopping centers involve (proposed, approved, under construction, already built). And more important is, because it is the biggest, is it going to affect the traffic more? (I heard Manila Metro Area is awful and dangerous to foreign drivers) Or are they going to rely on the Two Mass Rail Transits inter-connected to this place?

I am asking these questions because this place will become the World's biggest shopping complex so it may get "Sticky". I believe this will be awesome once completed.

There is nothing Manhattan in this development and I just laught at the idea that since it's all high-rise that it's so like new york. whoever branded this project should seriously seek professional help. professional DESIGN help that is.

Manhattan has a distinct aesthetic and identity of its own. The designs of this project reflects another western city but not New York. It actually strikes me as Miami.
