New Skyscrapers Raising Above Kuwait City (Part 1)
Finally i found couple of pictures for some skyscraper which are under construction in kuwait city, there is more than 50 skyscraper currently under construction two of them 70 floor and one is 80 floor but i couldn't find any picture of them .

nice man, just love the buildings from the all the gulf countries, so much interesting architecture is being built in this region.

Kuwait city: ”Al-Asima” project approved
The Kuwait-based Salihiya Real Estate Company announced it is currently studying in cooperation with specialized economic institutions the best alternative for developing "Al-Asima" ("The Capital City") and "Super Block" Projects, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Watan (June 1, 2005).
Al-Asima project is located in Sharq region inside the city of Kuwait on a total area of 21,400 square meters. The project is composed of commercial complex, including commercial shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema hall, health club and hotel apartments, with a total area for renting estimated at 94,000 square meters. The project includes also a 70-storey office tower, with area for renting estimated at 70,000 square meters. The company has already received the initial approvals needed for this project, and is currently working on obtaining the final approvals and the construction permits. As for the "Super Block" Project, it is located in Fahd al-Salem Street inside the city of Kuwait, on a commercial land of 3,605 square meters area. WOW !! Real nice architecture !! Kuwait took a very long time until they decided to start building upwards, and they seem to be doing a great job at it !! Good for them !!

Kuwait has a nice skyline but it hasn't been movin like other countries for a while, not it should be back.
Nice proposals and am sure a handful of those are u/c.

kuwait bowling center will be international destination for all bowling fans around the world , it will be the largest of it kind in the middle east and the cost will be 20 million kd , consist of 8F , 54 lane ,hotel ,swimming pole ,gym,library ,shopping facility and indoors garden , due to complete in 2008 ![]() ![]()

i've been looking out for some new towers in kuwait for emporis and surfed the web for a few days
and yes, kuwait rocks and has a hell lot of projects going on unfortunately i could not find out how many of them are approved already. check kuwait on emporis, a few weeks ago i have added about 10 new high-rise buildings too bad there are no press releases
