This road looks excellent. I wish Poland had many highways like this. Driving on this must be a great pleasure.

This is the best and most modern in the Philippines, and perhaps, among the bests in Southeast Asia..

*Rest and Service Areas (privately owned and operated)

*CCTV

*Car Density Sensors underneath road surface

*Hidden Speed Guns

*Electronic Toll Payment (class 1), Prepaid Account Cards (class 2/3)

*Much of the expressway has been built to U.S. Interstate highway standards, featuring eight lanes through Metro Manila. As it enters the more rural area north of Manila, the expressway narrows to 6 and then 4 lanes with a grass median to separate the two carriageways.

>>All signage is in English, and are nearly identical to the "big green signs" (BGS) on American expressway, including white lettering on a green background, with the exit tab in the upper-right corner (distance signs even employ a font similar--if not identical--to the Caltrans font; all other signs employ a different font)

>>Like expressways in most American states, the NLEx uses a distance-based sequencing for numbering interchanges. Being a metric country, though, the system is kilometer-log rather than mile-log--exits are numbered according to the distance (in kilometers) from the start of the expressway.

other information:
*The expressway is the longest and most modern expressway in the Philippines
*The expressway is the first expressway in Southeast Asia, built and completed during the late 1960s

I just wanted to post this before somebody posted the 401
Honestly, any rural "freeway" like this is better than an 18 or so lane monstrosity (in my opinion)

Don't know if you'll ever find a best in the US considering how extensive the system is, but here's one that many like. Central Expressway in Dallas

From what I know in the US I like particularly the I-95 (New Jersey turnpike).
It may not have as much lanes as others, but it's much more organized.
A total of 12 lanes divided in 4 carrigeways 2 in each direction (3+3+3+3), and each carrigeways is isolated from the other in the same direction (the junctions have direct conections to every carrigeways... talk about complicated junctions!).

[QUOTE=googleabcd;10650900]I found it, Guangzhou&Dongguan highway, the most beautiful ones in China!

thats a pretty cool feature, i guess, I don't think i find myself going the wrong way on a freeway ever really. is it for everyone to use? not just cops or whoever. I wonder if a lot of people roll their cars on that turn.

Hum... It's pretty but not exactly on the safe side to have an exit on the left and an incorporation on the left too.
I mean, it doesn't respect motorway standarts.

I only count 14 lanes. Here in Europe, we don't count exit-lanes by the total lanes which are through-lanes.
Well, 14 lanes is still very wide!

In NL, the widest part without parallel-lanes is 2x5 lanes, and the widest part with parallels is 20 lanes, but that are actually 2 motorways in one.
