Beautiful, I love the way the building wraps around on the bottom and then rises straight up on the corners. Unique. Really liked your proposed skylines as well.

I agree. There is a 47 story luxury hotel tower being built on Vancouver's waterfront and even it is costing 350 million canadian ( Canada's dollar is at 87cents US).

barwa tower looks extremely cheap to me. Only 180 mil to build a 100F supertall??
