Definetely one of the best modern metro systems I ve seen, by my standards london undeground looks ancient!!!

have you been on the Athens Metro? Its a must when visiting. The Stations will amaze you.

Thanks for that.

Did anyone here know that theres no toilets in the subway system or stations to keep the metro clean??

It prevents Drugs and stuff for being delt and eliminates the urine smell found in some subways!

Nice!!! I didn't know athen's metro was so big already. Anyone know what the ridership is? Is it above/below expectations? And that freeway to the airport looks brand new!

Athens Metro is not so big (only 35km. I think), but is great!!
