This is one of dropped design for same building. It's also very nice, but maybe not as good as the chosen one. Hope it can be built somewhere else in Nanjing.

Anyway, it's only a render, you know, during completition, they can change the design / cladding a few times.

i just am wondering why the photos are always taken at the time when the sunlight is against the camera hence the dark foreground?

I really love this building! China must jiayo in building more skyscrapers. It shows the power of the country. Of course it must remember to protect its own heritage too. Building more talls is not everything...
