no thats not what he's saying, he's saying that a third is crown+spire. btw, it's cul and he knowns all heights he's the diagram guy.

im saying tower component= 300m
top plant roof feature=80m
spire=70m.
thus 1/3 of tower is architectural feature.but thats ok. these days its all about design and achieving great height.
this is a great tower.the cladding is surreal?

Agreed, I love the view from the entrance of the train station! Although last I was there the Greenland Plaza was barely above ground.

Same architect (and obviously he saved his better design for Nanjing).

hate to say it but its a better design then trumps. more elegaant, better cladding and taller. ;-)

Just noticed the lower part of cladding has a darker color under the sunshine compared with the upper part. first I thought it's reflection issue, but every pic shows the same effect.
