Ok just spoke to the sales manager of fortune group and she said that they havent decided the location yet. it could be in dubai land or even business bay she said... depends on who gives them the best offer for the land. this will be launched in april - may... wrongly stated on the website as "launced".

and i thought that all fortune serenes are in impz!!!!
at least it was stated like this in one of their first press releases or are these 3 projects with 3 buildings each? = 9 ???

fortune serene consists of two and not three buildings. fortune serene 2 is just one building.
