It is a bit unsightly, isn't it?

Does anyone know if this is open to the public? It's probably one of the tallest structures around - I bet the views from the top are amazing.

its the 17 tallest completed structure in the UK
tallest UK structures in order are in Hudersfield, then London, Manchester, Birmingham, Blackpool and then rather unexpectedly Northampton!

The only truly secure system is one that is powered off, cast in a block of concrete and sealed in a lead-lined room with armed guards - and even then I have my doubts. Gene Spafford.
I am Basque, not Russian, the "Siberia" thing is a joke.

Isn't the concrete in the Express Lift Tower in Northampton supposidly crumbling or starting to crack? I think I may of read it on ssc somewhere.
If they were going to use a tower in the UK apart from the one above maybe they should use the Emley Moor Tower in Huddersfield as it's huge and not open to the public. Just leave one shaft for the tower's employees.
