Cool piccys tom boy, you can picture the impact of the Sentinel in the overall scheme of things in your first pano there.

Yeah that first pano is a mess lol. Still good to see some of the area especially for people who havn't been there.

Thats are really cool way of doing the tiled thumbnails there Tom!

NZ looks bloody hot at the moment, whats the temp out there? Lovely weather!

the last 2 days have been freezing... only 20 deg today in wellington

It has been scorching hot in Auckland and I am roasted. Today is the first day that we have had a little rain and it is slightly cooler but it is very welcome

HURSTMERE RD APARTMENTS GET THE GO-AHEAD

7 floor Perron Development at 77 Hurstmere Rd. Mixed use - 80 apartments, retail and office.

A covered walkway along its frontage with the Strand and a covered pedestrian mall from the existing mall area on Hurstmere Rd through to the Strand.

Total of 278 carparks in the 3 basement levels.

Snapped this cell pic of the progress at Smales Farm yesterday.

Man there are about 6 tower cranes busy at work in Takapuna at the moment plus the one at Albany.

More going up in Taka's apart from the Sentinel, Merge, busway and new interchanges. Smales Farm Technology Office Park is really steaming along with their medium rise office complexes.

Bah! Office park crapola. They should have these offices over by Takapuna, would have added more to the urbanity there. Could have been a decent 20 level office in Taka...
