I think this project is of high enough quality to deserve its own thread. The construction works are progressing pretty fast too

While it seems a like a high quality project, it also reminds me of the Donika II building. Good facade except the glass part, where you can see the skeleton.

One question; did you notice which floor they have reached now? not sure if we can count all of them from this angle..

I think they're finished with the 6th and were starting on the 7th. I was trying not to get killed because the new roundabout (those photos will be ready in like 10-15 minutes) has messed up traffic and cars are everywhere

Plus I was trying to get photos of it and it wasn't easy.

On a serious note though; the 6th floor was finished in the beginning of this month. If they're still on the 7th floor, then the construction progress must have slown down quite a bit... Hope Im wrong.

this is confirmed by the updates we have seen. I do not like this version as much as the original version.

Yeah, I agree the original version was much better, it was original but this is perhaps replica of some other buildings nearby... But I have to say that looking at some of the pictures of area around EDRI Highrise project it sure does look like a real construction site, perhaps a brand new city part is being build?

Who is the architect?
Where did you find it?

Actually, the construction billboard at the construction site, confirms that Horizons Group is the architect of this project, and the same (very similar) version as the one posted in the first post is being built.

this looks like a typical concrete block

can just imagine it with sattelites 10 years after its finished. A shame, lubirni so where did you get this?
