in this case the way to go to the plane is using bus. because the plane isn't park in the waiting room's gate. but in another gate or in airplane stand. in KL, monorail (actually is an aerotrain) connect the terminal building with the gates. so it's different

It is not monorail - more like an automatic bus that run on rail made from concrete block.

This is whAT made SHIA is "far" different from any of SE ASIAN Airport ..... SHIA although we call it INTERNATIONAL blah... blah... blah... Still 70-80-maybe 90% of its flight were domestic.... When I used NGURAH RAI.. I'm not surprised that INTERNATIONAL Terminal is far bigger than domestic one... (BALI gitu loh....)

Btw, di terminal I (skarang Lebih mirip terminal bus) udah rame (banget 100x) kayak pasar... One waiting hall is for the passengers for 3 different flight (imagine that...) ampe duduk di luar-luar di atas lantai...

CHANGI annum passenger (2005) were 32 million something ..Compare with... SHIA annum passenger were 27 million (2005)... In fact, terminal 1A, 1B, 1C, and 2F is for domestic, while 2D and 2E is for international.... 2E sendiri sebenarnya nggak terlalu rame... Karena GARUDA INDONESIA udah nggak se-"JAYA" dulu bisa terbang ke mana-mana dunia... Kalo dari jumlah penumpang per tahun KLIA kayaknya masih di bawah SHIA deh (correct me, if I'm wrong...) Btw guys, SHIA capacity is just 19 million passengers annually.

Sebenarnya gue bangga punya airport gede yang didekasikan buat flight domestik .. Sebenarnya ini bisa dikatakan suatu tanda dunia flight Domestic kita begitu berkembang...(at least in ASEAN region)

Gua completely agree kalo dosmetik terminal kaya terminal bus. Emang udah over capacity sih, tapi masa sampe kaya gitu banget sih. Ini kan airport no. 1 buat Indonesia.

The block's do prevent baggagecarts for accidentaly ramming windows.

The airconditioning is located in the upperpart of the construction of the passage above the escalator

Guys, Look this was in terminal 2F. I had early morning flight at that time.

I was also surprised new LCD TV has operated for all check-in row, all baggage conveyor, and "say goodbye" to flickering scheduleboard, now it has been replaced by LCD TV...

my anohter suggestion for SHIA is the small garden that is in between the waiting room they should make it more organise and make it more "tropical feeling"

i think taht will improve the situation

last one is repaint the airport and cahnge the light kinda gloomy inside

just my 2 cents
