*Europe Vs North America -Residential Towers*:)

OK so which continent has the best residential towers, one catch the tower has to of been completed as of 2000, or be proposed, approved or underconstruction.

now that you mention it i have never seen a pic of a european condo building.

Most North American cities are building plenty of residential towers.

Toronto, New York, Vancouver, Miami Chicago and Calgary are the most prolific in doing so.

Those pics are fairly new, no more than 4 years old.

both built some real ugly residential high rises in the 60's and 70's I would say (there are also some good ones among the lot). I was looking at some of res. high rises on Emporis of London, Paris, and a few other European city's and they just have some truely horriable ones (to a larger degree then even North America). Europeans low rise resedential I will take any day of the week though.

Most of the North American resedential in the works seems pretty improved and well designed for the most part. I haven't seen to many renderings of resedential high rise/scrapers in Europe though. Most renderings I have seen I think are office? Which most seem to be pretty good from what I can tell.
