Situada numa das margens do rio Tarno, conhecida por ser o berço do pintor pós-impressionista Tolouse-Lautrec, mas também por ter sido um grande centro de heresia, e para mostrar o seu poder, a igreja católica construiu lá uma magnifica e enorme catedral começada no séc. XIII e os interiores só acabados no séc. XVI..
