stadiums are really low quality in design and they look so cheap. Reminds me of EURO 1996 stadiums.
Another insult to England, innit?

He has a point though. Pretty much every stadium of Euro 1996 was already there (no renovations needed specifically for Euro 1996 that is). The old Wembley, City Ground (Nottingham), Hillsborough (Sheffield), and Elland Road (Leeds) already look tired in 1996 and Old Trafford (Manchester) and St. James' Park (Newcastle) hadn't seen there make overs yet either. Villa Park (Birmingham) and Anfield Road (Liverpool) were probably the best venues used.

Of course it is possible. It depends on whether you're willing to pay a few hundred euro's for them on the black market or not.

Have you been inside the stadium? The view is great from every position! Most people are surprised about it when they're first time inside.

Thats true, at least from the main stand and the other side is the view good, from the corners and behind the goals I can`t judge.
Problems are the to small place outside the stadium, waiting to going inside you stand narrowly on frequented streets, and the stadium is open between the stands and the roof, so a lot of wind.

Thanks for the pics.
Didn't know there is a stand with only one tier.
Is the 2nd tier temporarily or will it stay after the Euro?

No, it will not stay. The whole 2nd tier including entries and seating places are rented. Right after the third game in Innsbruck on 18th June, dismantling will start.

It looks impressive when it's full, as in the case of the AUT-CIV match last year (3:2)...

...but at most league matches, many seats remain empty:

...which is ridiculous.
