mirza-sm... i think dejan worked that out i bit wrong in euros. Average pay is about 220euros in macedonia. Are you from serbia?? istn serbia's average pay just over 150euros? or has it risen in the past year or so coz thats what it was not long ago.

Speaking of railways, ill look for the article i read in this macedonian news site 3 days ago.. it was reffering to trains which will go at speeds of 160kms p/h and will be imployed all over the balkans in the next few years. So i think the railway conditions will improve dramatically for macedonia and the rest of western balkans in the next few years.

p.s: macedonian railways will also be privatised soon.. hope the investor does a good job.

(З.В.) http://www.vest.com.mk/default.asp?i...rubrika=Skopje
----------------------------------

Architect Martin Shuhert from Ohio U.S.A has come up with a new plan to rebuild, restructure and modernize Skopje ZOO (which at the moment is simply put- garbage!)
The architect was invited by Skopje Mayor Trifun Kostovski with the aim to come up with a great plan for re-developing Skopje ZOO so that it can become a modern ZOO which everyone will want to visit. It is not yet stated how much this project will cost and the full plan for the re-development of the ZOO will shortly be sent by the Architect to the ZOO and city of Skopje officials, which they then have to aprove.

Regarding the ZOO, i forgot to say that the Architect is planning to make each part of the ZOO look unique.. thus the Lions in the ZOO will have 'african' plants and trees around them.. in other words, each section of the ZOO will be adequate to each animals natural habitat.

The Russian LUKOIL will start with the construction of its first gas station tomorow in Skopje. A while ago LUKOIL bough a big oil depot in Stip and has serious intentions for the Macedonian gasoline market. In the upcoming months another 40 gas stations will be constructed and around 600 people will be employed.
