Christmas lights on the city's tallest construction crane

I just noticed tonight that they have put red Christmas lights on the tower crane for the Shangri-La.

I like that this tradition is continuing. From my perspective in East Vancouver the Shangri-La is now the tallest tower in the city.

I have a hunch they were testing them yesterday. They couldn't have been on for much more than a half hour. I just happened to have snapped a photo during the test.
