Nice shots. I heard that in order for the fins to be installed the glass has to be fully installed and the mech rooms and everything must be done, which could mean that the fins won't be installed at least tell another 2 months.

Makes sense - based on this pic posted by JLousa at SSP, the fins will be attached to the edge of the top visible slab, but there will be some rooms up there set back from the edge and some mechanical on top of those rooms.

^ Yes, the Shangri-La is the tallest in the city, and by a fair margin too. The previous tallest was the Wall Centre Vancouver at 150 metres while the Shangri-La is about 195 metres.

It is worth noting that the Wall Centre is located on higher ground than the Shangri-La so the difference in height is not as pronounced on the skyline as their true heights would suggest.
