Perhaps some didnt include what looks to be a multistory car park making up the tower base in the render.

Anyway B-Patriot do you have any idea where this will be in Seef exactly?

Building ambitions are on the rise in Bahrain

MANAMA: Bahrain is reaching for the sky, with "high-rise" the buzzword amongst developers. Work is underway on another landmark project in Seef, the BD3 million, 30-storey residential Avare Towers, being developed by Grand Real Estate Projects.

The project is designed and supervised by United Engineering and being built by AAA Homes, which has executed several high-rise towers in various parts of Bahrain.

The project comprises a residential tower with 89 luxury apartments, said AAA Homes managing director Ajay Jinsi.

"It boasts high-class facilities and safety features along with recreational features like gym, sauna, and swimming pool," he told the GDN.

"An added feature to this structure would be its multi-level parking for inhabitants of apartments.

"The exterior of the building is completely clad with coated aluminium and high performance curtain wall glazing."

The project is centrally located in a prime area and overlooks the Pearl Roundabout, off Seef District.

Mr Jinsi said the project would comprise one bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, with costs ranging from BD45,000 to BD70,000, as well as penthouses.

"Foreigners are also allowed to buy the apartments, for which finance could be arranged on easy terms from different banks," he added.

"The attractive elevation of this high rise with its futuristic look and brilliant architectural value would compliment the surrounding structures.

"Bahrain is currently undergoing widespread transformation in terms of its building infrastructure.

"At the moment we are passing through a phase in which high-rise is the buzzword in structural engineering."

The construction contract was signed at the office of the Century 21 Properties between Grand Real Estate Company officials and Mr Jinsi, in the presence of United Engineering managing director Dr Abdulla Talib and Century 21 managing director Abdul Wahed Al Kooheji.

The work of the tower started on March 1 and is scheduled for completion in December 2007.
Century 21 is the marketing agent for the project.

their website is online, and it’s not bad. their marketing is really focusing on the location and close proximity to BFH; you can see it on half the pages.

US$ 14 Million Bahrain Development reaches sales milestone

CENTURY 21® Bahrain, one of the Kingdom's leading real estate companies, has today announced that 60 per cent of the US$ 14 million development, The Avare, has been sold.

CENTURY 21® Bahrain was appointed by Grand Real Estate Projects, as the exclusive sales and marketing agents for The Avare, located in the prestigious Seef district.

The project's groundbreaking was held on the 1st of March this year and is slated for completion in late 2007. AAA Homes W.L.L. was appointed as the official construction company for The Avare while Bahrain-based United Engineering is overseeing the design of the building.

Mr. Abdul Wahed Kooheji, Chief Executive, CENTURY 21® Bahrain, commented on the market response to The Avare, 'We are extremely pleased with the interest shown in The Avare, a development which we believe will achieve iconic status in the Seef District and beyond. Since the groundbreaking a few months ago, the project has attracted a lot of attention and the response from local and foreign investors alike has been very encouraging.'

'Having reached this milestone so early into the project we are confident that The Avare fills the market gap for those seeking quality, luxury and elegance in a development,' Kooheji added.

The Avare, situated in Bahrain's up-and-coming Al Seef district, will feature state of the art amenities and facilities for its residents. A total of 89 apartments (44 one bedroom, 44 two bedroom, and 1 penthouse) are available to both national and international investors. With spectacular sea views and easy connections to the island's city centre and airport, The Avare is set to epitomise the urban refinement of the Seef Area.
