I dunno I know it's good not to have too big of a population but I reckon it will soon have a residential hi-rise boom and it'll probably reach 1M. I wonder are there any neighboring Cebu cities that is in that list?

yikes !... considering the growth rates. I wonder how much strain would it affect on our cities limited resources
1. housing 2. jobs 3. schools/education 4. potable water supply 5. transportation 6. land I believe....rapid population growth if left unchecked will slow down economic development |
