Waterloo Trilogy Tower

Willingale Associates have plans for a 30 storey tower - dubbed Waterloo Trilogy Tower - on the corner of Waterloo Road and Baylis Road, near the London Eye.

And it has now officilly appeared on skyscrapernews.com, no renders as of yet, but they did give an estimated height of 91m:

Jack -you do realise that some of the main contributors on the UK forum also run skyscrapernews.com hence the news nearly simultanously appearing on both

nice...but it doesnt look 65 metres taller than Leadenhall

If i remember DIFA = 288m Leadenhall = 223m

= 63

So there is the 13 floors it has above 122L each with a height of approx 4.3m, plus its little spire, say, 8m. It adds up to approx 63m

very nice renders, but wrt beetham, i don't like those multi-coloured tiles. doesn't work well on torre agbar, won't work well on a tower in gloomy london

I Agree, but apparently they're not visible during a gloomy day. They only glitter upon reflexion of the sun - so it's a win win situation.
