That figure is for African clients of the Black Brick agency (nearing 50%), which isn't representative of the sector in London as a whole.

I wouldn't rule it out quite yet, the Bakerloo line extension by 2030 is likely to be the imptus which spurs on development there.

Lewisham Centre will be redeveloped. The council want to improve Lewisham so that it rivals the likes of Stratford, Bromley and Croydon as a retail hub.

Historic England were amongst the consultees for the proposal, but more from an archaeological context.
