Yeah I know, was just trying (and probably failing! lol) to make the point that this (like the vortex tower) is more of a publicity stunt for raising practice profile within the media than it is a serious proposal. Something that clearly paid off for Make!

How does this make any sense to anyone with sense. Pass the ball, oops, sent it sailing 500 meters down and took out a schoolbus of nuns

I like the shape, we need some more bulk, rather than odd shapes all the time.

Not bad...

No, Centrepoint is in the West End. Citypoint is in the City. This what Centrepoint looks like.

I know its a silly idea to have 2 very similar named towers in the same city but Centrepoint came first and Citypoint used to be called Britannic House.

Not so sure about the cladding of the tower.... but it definately a great location. All looks a bit gappy around there and this helps to fill it in a bit.

I like it. Kind of looks quite New York residential to me.

Wow!!! Still trying to wrap my head around all the great projects in this thread

Even though I'm for keep buildings in a city on more of a human scale to protect the history and keep the street life of a neighbourhood; the quality of design these skyscrapers have, in London, made me give exception. Atleast the buildings they're demolishing are ugly, boxy, bland post-war office blocks

I just hope this doesn't open the door for London becoming a city that had streets walled in skyscapers. That could really suck the street life out of London.

An exciting time to be in London no doubt. These projects will reinforce London's status as a cutting edge world class city for years to come.

You what London needs?

More blue/green glass buildings, we simply don't have enough.
