It just seems never ending with London, projects worth tens and hundreds of millions of pounds announced almost daily. Quite something really.

Security. And the fact that the UK is the US's greatest ally.

They weren't exactly going to build it anywhere else in Europe were they.

A stones throw from Westminster and Downing Street, probably linked underground to NATO military institutions based in London etc..

The new American embassy will look beautiful. Very nice development for the Nine Elms area.

And yes, the UK is the US' closest Ally - London and Britain is a haven for the US in numerous ways.

Either way the embassy will look stunning. Love the facades.
