Does anybody have any idea when we will start to see trees & greenery at the top of 20 Fenchurch St?

It depends on what one defines as "a nice area".

In general, however, one bed flats in nice areas of London could cost anything between 220k - 950k.

The nicer it gets the pricier it becomes.

It also depends on how you define "one bedroom flat"! One recently went on sale for £6.6 million.

admittedly I haven't started looking to buy that seriously yet, but from what I've seen 220k is either a studio or in an area which is nice in itself, but poorly connected...

Looking at the Kings X regeneration fills me with such joy.

It has to be the best regeneration of an entire area I have ever seen.
