Think you are referring to Gagarin square on Southwark street. It's in the directory of projects on the London thread. I go past the site daily on the train, no activity on site as yet and nothing on the official website. Hope this happens, I like a lot.

I completely forgot about One Blackfriars! That will look stunning. SO much going on in London... it's hard to keep up. Thanks as always SE9.

Those wheels are at the back. The switch and crossing tamper (the yellow train) uses those small wheels to measure the track behind it once the tamper unit has passed over.
