I absolutely love this development, so I'm delighted to see the construction progress. It's a perfect Rogers building. If money was no object, I'd buy a river-view flat in there.

I believe that most apartments in the development have balconies facing the river, and wintergardens facing the east. Plus access to a private rooftop garden. Certainly one of the more attractive propositions on this stretch of the Thames.

I would agree were it not for Merano Residences' side elevation. Looks really ugly, IMO.

thats going to make one of the best vistas in london, those three. always knew the montcalm or whatever its called was set to be a stunner, but the eagle tower has impressed me. the atlas is is going to set the others off perfectly, all sat in a nice line. god london is unrecognisable from the city i was born and grew up in, that 1 cananda square dominated for so long. its scary in a way, but exciting. once again SE9, thanks so so much for your service to this forum, best mod on ssc by a country mile mate!

That whole quarter is going to look terrific. I saw the Canaletto in person this week and am amazed. UN Studio did a great job on this one. Those curves and used materials are quite characteristic for their work, I love most of their designs.

So many superb projects to see rising in the next couple of years! Is there any indication of work starting on City Pride or 30 Marsh Wall soon? Didn't want to bump the threads.

Applications have recently been submitted for pipe and sewerage works at the City Pride site.

A planning application has been submitted for 30 Marsh Wall but it has yet to be decided by the council.
