You really can't compare Dubai and London. In Dubai there policy is built it and they will come however for London it is a matter of supply and demand whereby in areas of high demand such as the city of London and docklands the high demand results in high rise buildings.

Ahhhh brilliant! I REALLY can't wait now! If they do this right it could be quite iconic... especially seeing as they'll be visible from Westminster Bridge (a tourist hotspot)!

Westminster bridge is such a brilliant view of London. I recommend it to tourists as one of the major attractions of London. So much culture and history, with views of parliament, Big Ben, the London eye, and now this!
