On the power station. I think in it's current state or the state I last saw a photo of it, it looked ugly. But i'm sure it will look amazing when the area is finished.

That's surely because in its present state it's a gutted shell, with chimneys at various stages of reconstruction.

I used to hate the bps. Thought it was a vast ugly brick shell with four columns that didn't support anything. Now I think well its by a truly great british architect and the whole nine elms battersea development is actually quite mental in scale and ambition. Something to be quite proud of really. Kind of wish they put a dirty great glass dome or something in the middle the power station though so it looked like a giant cathedral.

The Eagle and Atlas both echo art deco for me! I love it. I think the Atlas will definitely tie the area together.
