Wow, you can see Wembley like that from city centre? I think there are at least 15km or so between the two places.

do you ever post anything positive about london? vinoly's masterplan in brilliant, and of the 7 phases of the project, only three have had architects and designs announced, and its all brilliant. and by the looks of phase one's cladding, the materials are spot on. looking forward to the foster, AHMM and gehry builds finishing. most pics show these few phases, the rest just massing representations surrounding the power station. even the public realm looks great, with parks, the electric bulevard looking to be quite special as well as malaysia aquare which looks gorgeous. not to mention to restored cranes on the river front of the power station, will be such a presence on the river could be like standing before liverpools three graces. a great place to be. london doesnt have this waterfront space so far.

if the best modern development (along with kings cross) in london ruins battersea, so be it... what did it ruin anyway, a wasteland and a derelict power station that wouldve been ruined if left for much longer?
