Yep, have a look back on the Stratfiord residential towers thread. They 'value engineered' the cladding by using back painted glass panels and the paint is now peeling off.

its a travesty they took such an exciting site and built the cheapest, most unadventurous blocks they could get away with yet still make a roaring profit. A sorely wasted opportunity (and an eyesore for generations to come) imo.
