I like it but not for paddington, it would be far better if it was for nine elms or canary wharf/iod.

Those respective areas have more than enough skyscrapers , CW/Iod is frankly spoilt when it comes to the number of projects. Paddington has an emerging cluster of highrises , although the pace has slowed in recent months.

That building will be demolished , the bland building on the corner of London and Pread street will stay if the renders are to believed.

Paddington is the perfect example of what goes wrong when you try and squeeze in X amount of office and residential without building tall... see the history of the Paddington Basin saga from the original Richard Rogers twin tower leading masterplan to what was eventually ham fisted into the space by Westminster council.

Earls Court and Glasshouse Gardens look solid. I wish architects would take note how to make places where people live not look like utter shit (Elephant Park and Millharbour Village).

Just imagine when the taller sections of Elephant Park (the large brownfield site next to the strata) , you're looking at a doubling in the size of the skyline.
