Of the big CW/IOD residentials, is this the soonest scheduled for completion?

no idea tbh. i reckon it looks most advanced, except maybe the round H+dM wood wharf one? but i suppose current progress that doesnt necessarily correlate with completion speed anyway

I think the H+dM will be first to a rise as it is more or less at ground level , whereas Newfoundland is still at Basement level furthermore the cross bracing on Newfoundland will add more complexity to the build i suppose.

Great picture of the Wood Wharf development. The shot really shows the scale of everything.

Thanks, stevekeiretsu, for the updates and for stepping into SE9's big shoes. Much appreciated. If it wasn't for you and Mr Cladding, this thread would have uncharacteristically been a barren wilderness interrupted only by the occasional passing tumbleweed over the past month or two.

Any idea what's up with SE9? Too busy at work; away on holiday; or just had the wind and heart understandably knocked out of him by Brexit? Certainly, his normal prolific output has been noticeably reduced over the past couple of months. I hope it's only a temporary leave of absence.
