Nice photo from a distance... So when is the expected completion date?
FGB are now releasing Silicon Oasis (nr Int'l City) before Jumeirah Bay 1, 2, 3

I hear some people have been inside Jumeirah Bay - anyone have photos of the interior?
Would love to see them.

These three towers seams to be on-hold. I haven't seen any progress for a few weeks.

The exterior has been stalled for now. They have been working on the interior tiling of the kitchen & bathrooms. Last I heard they were upto the 23rd floor. The exterior glass & balconies that have been installed were done just to show clients how it will take shape. The handover has been unofficially delayed to first quarter 2009.

I heard some people have entered parts of the building. Would love to see any photos of the interior if someone can post some.

What's the latest on the Jumeirah Bay cluster?
Will FGB/GEP be releasing all 3 towers at the same time?
Snagging process? DEWA? Handover?

2 office ,1 residental tower.

Handover date is still difficult, same problem as the Y plot , still no access road and podium structure.

after 6 months, 1 year, 1.5 year ? ... noone knows at the moment.
