The second one , diamond cladding ...

Definitely a filler and very bulky. Brings some normality to the City's architecture.

yes i supposeyou could say that, but therewas afairly substantial gap between the Gherkin being finished and all these monsters cropping up

Personally I think Heron fits in very well with the other architectural styles around it, and the cladding looks stunning tops it off nicely!

Ok I’ve changed my mind again! The north elevation is now my favourite side to this beauty. Bring on the spire. I hope it’s not too short though.

What I love about this tower is exactly that. It looks like different buildings from diferent angles.

I think (and hope) that the red box is only temporary, I think it's some sort of supporting device. Maybe a qualified engineer/architect can elaborate a bit.
