I'm guessing that will go all the way up the side of the building. Combined with the LEDs on the south side, it will give Heron a great lighting scheme at night.

Those lights remind me of a building here in Sacramento. There's a corner of the building fitted with blue neon lights going all the way to the spire. Looks great at night, and I'm sure it'll look great on Heron. They might even do schemed lighting for events and holidays, like red and green around Christmas. That'd look great.

At this rate it looks like Heron could have a better night-time lighting scheme than the Gherkin!

I'm starting to think the crown of Tower 42 could use a redesign in order to fit in better. The rest of it is still good to me, they just need to ditch that dark gloomy looking crown for something more attractive, something that looks better together with Heron and 30 St. Mary Axe.
