It's either I don't care, I don't pay too much attention or I hate some of these buildings especially the tall pencil ones!

What is this building? Isn't it in the Causeway Bay area close to Victoria Park? It's so similar to the Verizon building in NYC.. with no windows.

Yes, it is Windsor Plaza in Gloucester Road, view from the South side of Victoria Park.
