I honestly think JLT will look better than the marina. I agree the lake isn't particularly big but the designs of the towers quite a bit better in general.

mhm you could be right, JLT could LOOK better than the marina, but that's it.

JLT will be way more organized, i wouldn't even say the designs are better but it might look better in total, true.

Just based on the designs of the towers I think it'll look better. Of course they might turn out different but I'm going by what I see in the renders until they get built

. To live in, the marina would probably be better though since it seems more lively.

By the way are there any footbridges and such planned so people can walk from JLT to the marina and back?

Of course the towers might look different
