Hello Guys, I'm also one of the owners in this doomed tower...
Can please somebody give me contacts ( telephone nuber will be great)of the new developer? Currently I'm not in Dubai and I don't have no updates what so ever. Is it Almasah the new developer? And also who is the person ''taking care '' of Saqran development. Thanks in advance !

I'm currently in contact with Sharofat Kubranova, she send me over the current stage of the construction, and is quitte helpfull so far in terms of explanations and requirements.

Anybody knows why is no progress ? (Its not because of Ramadan, since no visible progress from looong time).

I saw some workers yestarday in the evening and today in the morning. But progress is extremely slow.

They are casting concrete on the 16th floor. Slowly but surely going up, I certainly hope the progress will continue.

i saw them at thirteenth floor a few weeks ago so they have made good progress.

I'll try and get onto the roof of Al Waleed tomorrow and get a pic from above.

There's not much difference from the ground.

Please try to take pictures of the floor count signs, because i thought they were casting concrete on 16, but judging from the pictures on their website it is still floor 15.
