This is also history. From April 2008 I am a resident of Bangalore

This was how it began. I started with the photos of a trip to Bangalore, but now I am a 'half' resident of Bangalore. It could be said that I am now shuttling between Bangalore and Trivandrum.

I had gone for a short official visit to Bangalore. I landed at Bangalore Airport at 6 PM on 8th February 2006 from Trivandrum. Was there in Bangalore on 9th, 10th and 11th. Returned back to Trivandrum by 12th morning flight from Bangalore. I knew that three days was very short to cover a city, with some hectic work schedule also, but I managed some 100+ photos

. Sadly, I was down with rashes and allergy on 3rd day and had to seek treatment at Mallya Hospital on the third day. That day I was planning to cover the major Malls in Bangalore. So that day I was fully confined to bed with a slight fever also and all shooting gone...Hope to replenish that some other time....

We have seen pics of this cloverleaf interchange before, which place is this?

Hope the building right ahead is some Taj Hotel. (my driver told so)

Later I went to the Vayudhoot chambers in the night,(partially seen in this photo) on the left, opposite Vijaya Bank.

The building u/c is a "Shobha" Project.

There is a small lake also nearby, forgot its name (somebody can help?)

Puravankara has started another mega proejct in the vicinity, "Elita Promenade", it is a JV with Keppel Land, Singapore. It is a 1500 apartment complex with 20 floors towers. Visited their site, foundation work has started.

This project is right across "Brigade Millenium", which is also a prestigious project with a swanky club house, school, convention centre etc.

One of the towers of the project, getting complete. It has a big atrium and a view lift.

The Lake (Puttennahalli) can be seen on the right side of the tower.

On the left side excavations are being done for the footing of Puravakankara-Keppel Land mega project, "Elita Promenade"

On the dark side, these Lifestyle enclaves open in to the poor infrastructure of Bangalore. The access from City is through a dusty road on the left periphery of this building which is terribly broken at some stretches, also it is dusty and heavly mixed traffic.
