although the buildings in the background (marina terrace, grosvenor house are cut off) are far away, it should be next to trident grand residence, right in front of jumeirah beach residence, close to the habtoor grand hotel

that building on the bottom left of the pic is marina tower next to marina terrace

AMLAK to provide finance for Star Group Global 'Royal Oceanic'

Amlak Finance (PJSC), the UAE's leading Islamic home finance company announced that the company would be the chosen finance provider for the luxurious Marina property 'Royal Oceanic'.
United Arab Emirates: 33 minutes ago

Amlak at IPW

This project will be developed by prominent UAE property developers - Star Group Global.

Just a short stroll to the city's most un-spoilt and exclusive beaches, the 34 storey Royal Oceanic occupies arguably the most attractive spot in Dubai Marina. Its position near the beach gives residents panoramic vistas of the turquoise Gulf waters. Yet the Royal Oceanic also offers easy access to the Marina's scenic boulevards, yacht club, eclectic shops, fine boutiques, excellent restaurants and a unique waterfront experience.

As well as having the beach just a stone's throw away, to further complement the active modern lifestyle, the Royal Oceanic has been designed to offer excellent leisure facilities. The grounds include a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a separate children's pool and play area, and a charming barbeque spot, all within professionally landscaped gardens. With high quality in mind, the apartments at the Royal Oceanic are a refined blend of homely comfort and designer style, inside and out.

Commenting on the launch of the 'Royal Oceanic', CEO of Amlak, Mohammed Al Hashimi said 'We at Amlak are confident that Royal Oceanic will be an immediate hit with home buyers and investors. Especially individuals with an eye for aesthetics will appreciate the elegance and sophistication of Royal Oceanic. AMLAK's competitive and reliable home finance schemes will help buyers in purchasing this property.

'We will continue to tie up with the region's best developers in order to meet and even surpass our customers' expectations. We will always remain committed to providing world class finance options while sticking to Shariah compliant principles,' ended Al Hashimi.

Syed Mubarak Ahmed, Managing Director of Star Group Global said, 'This is a very important day for us; we are very excited to reveal the Royal Oceanic during International Property Week as this event attracts the most important investors and potential home buyers in the region. Building on the success of Yacht Bay last year, we are confident that Royal Oceanic will receive an excellent response as well.'

For the first time in the Dubai property market, Amlak is offering finance up to 90% on a private development over a span of 25 years at a rate of 6.9% only during International Property Week.

AMLAK provides home finance for several leading property developers in the region and in 2005 AMLAK strategically ventured into the property sales and management market whereby they manage and sell properties for private developers.

The company has believed in building its business and has designed its products and services in a Shariah compliant manner.

and there will be many more
but it does not matter here, they can make it as dense as JBR because it is only one row, and if the building has a reasonable design you will have good views.

i am still sooo curious on what will be in the round about...
there is a plot in it

any idea if there will be anything directly behind this one? or will the "beach and palm" views be blocked by some other tower?

well as long as metropolitan or le meridien do not decide to demolish their hotels and build 50F towers...

at the moment this is first line.

there is only one row of plots between the hotels and the road.

Isn't it very usual that they put sculptures, statues and such in roundabouts in the emirates?
