Kaltim Punya Mobil Pemadam Bertangga

Kaltim Punya Mobil Pemadam Bertangga

Selasa, 20 Desember 2005

Not all like that lah...the one in Cengkareng is quite good kok...if they all like that, all the houses that burned, the fire wont ease until now..because most of the fire victims are poor people.

Anybody know how much is the salary for firefighter in Indonesia??
Comparing with the famous FDNY, the FDNY current minimum salary is $32,724, plus up to $6,500 in differentials and other pay.
I take the info from http://www.nyc.gov/html/fdny/html/co...hter_faq.shtml

Mmm.. the last time I saw it.. at least for Bogor the firefigthers seem to have better equipment. However unfortunately, the news about they asking for money is a real issue. And it is true they get low wages - compared with the risk they taking.

On another news, I read last week from detik.com, a firefighter HQ catch a fire and burned down to ashes. There wasnt enough water inside the firefighter cars to kill the fire. The irony...
