The construction of the WTC could be viewed as far away as the Smith-9th St station in Brooklyn.

Great photos. Hard to believe Singapore had so many houses! Why the sudden boom there? Was it independence that really set it through?

Independence is not the main reason but also a strong economy and demand for office space.
