Labuan
Labuan or Labuan Island is the main island of the Malaysian Federal Territory of Labuan. Labuan is best known as an offshore banking centre and a tourist destination for nearby Bruneians and scuba divers. The name Labuan derives from the Malay word labuhan meaning anchorage. ![]()

Kellie Castle The ruins of Kellie’s Castle is located near Batu Gajah and is about 30 minutes’ drive from Ipoh. The castle remains in ruins because the construction was never completed by the original owner due to his untimely death. The property of English rubber tycoon William Kellie Smith, the incomplete 19th-century building remains dark and mysterious with much speculation among locals and visitors about hidden rooms and secret tunnels. Its allure and romance led these ruins to be chosen as one of the set locations for the filming of "Anna and the King" in the mid 1990's. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Melaka - The historical state of Malaysia
Melaka is the second smallest state in Malaysia, and is located in the southern part of the Malay Peninsula, on the Straits of Malacca. Straits of Malacca and in Malay Selat Melaka is a narrow stretch of water between Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) and the Indonesian island of Sumatra. This wide-angle map of south-east Asia shows that the Strait is the most direct route from the Indian Ocean to the Pacific. The narrowness of the Strait makes it a pinch point for world shipping. ![]() ![]() Christ Church: Constructed in 1753, the structure reflects original Dutch architecture. The building houses hand-crafted church benches, jointless ceiling skylights, a copper replica of the Bible, a headstone written in the Armenian language, and a replica of "The Last Supper".

Negeri Sembilan
Negeri Sembilan translated literally means "Nine States," so named because it comprises a federation of nine states. It is located on the south-west corner of Peninsular Malaysia and encompasses an area of 6,645 sq km including a 48-km gentle coastline. Seremban, the capital of Negeri Sembilan, is 64 km south of Kuala Lumpur. Negeri Sembilan is noted for its Minangkabau-styled architecture, reflecting the influence of the State's first inhabitants from Sumatra. ![]()
