emang sinting SSC nya Kalo PS mah ga aneh. Tapi KK ? exterior desain aja kaga ada lux-lux nya

Gini Cen.... para anchor tenant ini kan udah bikin MOU sama Pakuwon buat ngisi mallnya. Tentu saja yang masuk ini musti bayar uang sewa kan (leased mall) untuk jangka waktu 5-10 tahun. Umumnya sih 5 tahun. Uang sewa ini yang digunakan buat bangun tuh mall. Sederhananya gitu. Jadi, kenapa ada dua big tenant, ya ngejar buat nutupin ongkos konstruksi... kalo cuma ngandelin mini tenant kagak nyampe kaleee.

Dua, berhubung Pak Alex Tedjanya pelit kasih info, musti dirayu dulu baru bocor, maka gw cuma dapet bocoran dalam membangun Kota Kasablanka dan Gandaria City, mereka gandeng strategic partner. Sudah ada perusahaan investasi keuangan asal S'pore, maaf gw gak bisa kasih nama, yang digaet Pakuwon.....

Seretnya internal kas perusahaan ini pula yang dituding sebagai penyebab utama pengembangan portofolio Pakuwon yang di Surabaya sedikit melambat....
