Yep it is SANGAM theatre, its located at the junction where Flowers Rd join PH Road.

Standard Chartered bank's outsourcing arm called Scope is headquartered in Chennai...

view from bridge, here you can see HP's bldg, the Shoppers Stop bldg, Salzburg Sq (with the dome) and Raintree Place farther down...
