NOMINATE: Best Under Construction Skyscraper
Best Under Construction Skyscraper
Nominate what you think are the 3 best under construction skyscrapers in the world right now (February 2006). These must be towers over 150m tall, which have (at the very least) started demolition and groundwork, i.e. they must be "active" projects. Externally completed towers are not allowed.
