My trip to Q1 - lots of pics.

Well, recently went up Q1 (world's tallest residential recently completed on the Gold Coast) and was blown away by it, great observation deck, here are the pics I took (a fair few of them).

Hello Q1.

The lobby drive up area.

Inside, very light and airy.

Indoor water feature that extends outdoors, fountains are off but they also exist.

Entrance, nice red couches.

Checkin, very swish:

Nice and roomy lobby:

From outside, this area lights up nicely at night:

Lifts, nice marble:

Another angle on the lobby:

The pool is just to the right at the top of the waterfall:

More of the base, lovely metallic ribbons:

Shopping areas, Absynithe restaurant to the right:

Quick elevator ride and we are on the deck!

Very swish!:

The view, Circles on the rise:

Loved the deck, great light, the glass roof is brilliant, as is the double height windows.

The cafe, not really particularly expensive even, especially considering the location:

Enjoy a glass of bubbly and the view:

It's a long drop:

2 bucks, no thanks!

Where they played a Q1 movie hosted by philip adams, about 20 mintues long, traced the history of the coast from 120 million years ago, interesting stuff.

The sails:

Lots of people about

The circles again:

Drink it in, it always goes down smooth...

World's highest doggy litter area:

The Q1 store, had everything expect a model of Q1! But people were buying up stuff and saw guys walking out with Q1 hats.

The store outside
Thinking big is not a matter of cost, curiosity, or ideology. It may be a matter of survival.

What great photos. Didn't see this until now and definitely this proves how great this tower really is both inside and out
