That gold glass looks just exceptionally great.

i can say that the views from one shenton is pretty much blocked by MBFC, Sail and Asia sqaure to its side...guess only SAIL and MBFC has the best views

The cladding looks awesome. Are the towers topped out?

Not yet. It should be topped out by the end of the year.

Would look very impressive. Really adds to the density, along with OFC

Very unique, one of a kind, like a gem in the sky. Does anyone know the exact height of both towers, and whether they are fully leased.

In this picture you can see One Shenton coming up behind Asia Square.

^ The sheer volume and density is very impressive there. I'm sure the street-level domain will be well-planned too (unlike, say, Shanghai's Pudong district where it's an afterthought). However the picture also shows very clearly that modern glass towers appear dark and dingy under most daytime light conditions, all gloomy shades of blue, green, and grey. Take The Sail for instance. The renders promised a white or silvery tower, wonderfully elegant and shimmering in the light. The reality is so much darker and less inspiring. It's not just Singapore, of course. I have the same concerns for the new glassy towers going up in London and everywhere else.

I agree with you. The new downtown area relly needs more colours. Asia Square may give the skyline a new colour when its glass protectors are out.

Here's the artist impression of Asia Square:
